We've been answering your tough questions since 2004

Business Warriors Pricing and Conditions

Business Warriors accepts debit ordersWe offer two methods of payment to belong to this community. Visa or MasterCard Credit Card or Debit Order against a South African Bank Account.

We Accept Credit Cards

If you choose to pay by credit card your monthly investment will be £12-97 (about R195 at a Forex rate of £1 = R15). We accept Visa and MasterCard from anywhere.

If you choose this method you will be inside the Members' Area within 10 minutes of joining.

We will never see your credit card information. As soon as you have given us the light detail we need to activate an account for you, we will offer you a choice of payment methods.

Business Warriors use WorldPayIf you choose the credit card option we will immediately transfer you to the ultra-secure WorldPay transaction site, with a whole bunch of encryption. When it comes to your card you're dealing with them and they are paranoid about your card security. We prefer it that way.

When you give them your card details and they validate your card, we will not debit your card for the first thirty days. This means you get the first month completely free if you pay by credit card. If you choose to leave before the end of that period we will immediately cancel the card instruction. You get to keep everything that you have downloaded, or learned in your time with us.

So why do we want a card if that first month is free? Since we started in March 2004, we've learned a lot about dealing with folk on the web. They're not all like you and me. The most important thing that we've found is that we need some commitment from a member - no matter how nominal it is - or else that member will not listen to a word of advice. (By the way, we think the free for thirty days is pretty nominal.)

When I was consulting with live people at coffee shops, much the same thing happened. If I was paid for my advice, I could count on the small business owner putting it into practice (or coming back to me with some good reasons why not). Every free consultation led to another, with more questions, and then another, with even more questions - but no action.

Bottom line: It's taken thousands of committed folk more than five years to assemble a huge amount of  information about small business owners in South Africa (and business there). We know that you will ignore it if you have no commitment. We want that commitment to learning.

We Accept Debit Orders

If you choose to pay by debit order your monthly investment will be R228-00 including VAT. We can only debit South African bank accounts.

If you choose this method you will be inside the Members' Area within  24 hours of joining.

Validating SA bank accounts is not an automated process, and thus very challenging, so we work with them in a different way.

At the end of the week in which you join we will deduct the first monthly investment from your SA bank account. That's R228-00. This will tell us that the account information is OK. (Yep, we have had a few problems!)

We have used Netcash to manage all our debit orders since 2005. They are a superb resource.

At any time during your first month we will happily refund you in full if you choose to leave us. You get to keep everything that you have downloaded, or learned in your time with us.

Conditions

We could throw in a bunch of legal stuff here, but we know that real business owners don't often read the small print. So our terms are pretty simple.

We will do our best to offer you a superb experience. We'll try and answer your questions quickly. We'll try not to waste your time. If you want to leave we will not hold you to any contracts. If you want a refund for that last month with us - we'll refund you happily.

We will do everything we can to keep your details private. There are places in this site where you can share some details about your business or yourself, but these options are at your discretion.

You will not do anything in our site that you would not do in public. That means no hate speech, and no fighting with anyone who disagrees with your opinion (rather fight the idea). That also means that you will do nothing that will get in the way of us offering the best service we can to this community.

Rather than a bunch of rules that we can all thwart if we really try, we (the owners of this site) reserve the right to cancel anybody's membership at any time, if we deem his/her behaviour unacceptable.

And finally, we will refund the most recent monthly payment received if you request it.

Pring And Conditions for Business Warriors

Since joining Business Warroirs in March 2004 I have used their advice to good effect. The most beneficial has been creating a family and share trust. Anyone, particularly in business must have a family trust. We all think "it will never happen to me" but in 90% of cases it does. Business Warriors has made me think more deeply about my business from a marketing point of view as this aspect of a building business is difficult to create. People don't build a house every day or extend their homes regularly. The knack is to reach them at the time they start looking for a builder. I am hoping that Business Warriors latest initiative regarding will bring home the goods.

Peter Carruthers is the most positive person I have had the pleasure of meeting. It is this positiveness that has helped me the most.
